Equine Photography Workshop 2025
Join me and the beautiful Spanish stallion Humilde on a fantastic opportunity to expand your equine portfolio and/or polish up your photography knowledge.
🗓️ Date: 1 June 2025 (date may be slightly adjusted depending on the weather)
⏰ Time: 6:30pm - 21:30pm
📍Location: Ogmore Beach
During this 3 hour workshop we will go through:
> how to best pose horses in an expressive and artistic way;
> composition basics;
> how to use natural light to create a mood and a story of your photographs;
> how to set up your camera & best gear to use when taking stills vs action shots of a horse;
> how to search for a suitable location for an equine photoshoot;
> posing to best express the emotion and connection between the horse and their human;
> must haves for an equine photoshoot;
I will be happy to answer any question during and after the workshop.
£200 per person
* This event has very limited availability
* To secure your space a 50% non-refundable deposit will be payable
What you need for this workshop:
- Your camera & your lens. (I would strongly recommend to use 135mm f1.8 or 70-200mm f2.8 if available. If not, an 85mm would be a good option. Alternatively, if you don't have any of the above, please bring whichever lens you do have.)
